We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in our San Francisco, CA office. Job Description: In this role, you will be involved in various project management and administrative tasks that are often highly confidential and time sensitive. Working in a team environment, this role requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You must be able to effectively multi-task, take on ad-hoc assignments as necessary and provide back-up to critical office functions when asked. Responsibilities include: Planning and booking domestic and international travel; coordinating international visas and ensuring passports are current Preparing, reconciling and tracking expense reporting and reimbursement Entering new project opportunities, checking conflicts, and locating client and project information using NERA’s global database Managing CRM data and organizing case documents Preparing monthly billing letters and following up with NERA billing team and clients Coordinating meetings (internal and external venues) including AV set up, material preparation, and meal arrangement Typing/formatting/proofreading proposals, presentations, legal and expert economic reports; photocopying, filing and providing phone coverage to team as needed Maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office tasks Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience providing administrative support in a legal or professional services environment, preferably with a global presence; Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent oral and written communications skills, proofreading skills and attention to detail Outstanding client interaction and interpersonal skills Good judgement and ability to solve problems independently and discreetly Self-starter with a high-energy team mentality who enjoys a challenging and professional work environment We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and skills-enhancement training.
