Wells Fargo Digital Marketing Consultant 3 in San Francisco, California

Join the Onsite Digital Optimization team in the Integrated Marketing organization. As a leader on the Optimization team, your primary responsibilities will be to consult and collaborate with marketing partners to optimize marketing opportunity within Community Banking channels in order to drive customer engagement and banker confidence, and best serve the financial needs of Wells Fargo customers. This role will support initiatives under the Leads, Offers and Referrals Program.

Integrated Marketing Optimization responsibilities will include:

  • Design customer centric and efficient approaches to customer messaging through the Community Banking channels through collaboration with Marketing Managers, and other partners

  • Pursue the expansion of targeting/eligible populations as well as new and emerging targeting opportunities working with analytics, capabilities and execution team colleagues

  • Assisting with strategic direction of program execution, providing insight on process improvement and oversee implementation

  • Support of execution, capabilities, platforms and technology projects related to optimization of the LOR program

  • Partnering with Marketing Managers, Other Channels, Database Managers, Creative Services, Analytics, and external vendors in addition to different lines of business across all product groups at Wells Fargo

  • Identifying and articulating the business implications from changes in marketing channel key metrics through monthly governance reviews and other interactions with channel partners

  • Sharing best practices and learnings broadly across the organization, including senior management, marketing managers and lines of business

  • Utilizing analytical skills and interpreting data and analytics to assess individual campaign effectiveness; and when necessary, making adjustments in optimization strategy to drive improved engagement and conversion rates through expansion/pruning of campaigns

  • Developing channel learning agenda including test and learn strategies partnering with agencies/vendors, marketing teams, analytics, and channel managers

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, or social media

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
