CBRE Divisional Technology Solution Leader Managing Director in San Francisco, California

JOB SUMMARY

This is a great opportunity to influence a new way of selling and delivering technology solutions to clients for a global leader in the Corporate Real Estate services industry. As a Divisional Technology Solution Leader (DTSL) you will work with a highly professional and dynamic team of solution-oriented leaders to design and deliver world class technology enabled business models for the world’s most notable companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be constantly challenged to demonstrate how technology enabled solutions drive business outcomes relevant to a particular client scenario

Work with some of the best talent in the CRE industry

Work from some of the most innovative work space in the market

Bring together a wide variety of technologies into a cohesive and integrated solution

Interact with CBRE leaders, client leaders and industry specialists on a daily basis

Have the ability to quickly synthesize and understand business models and requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Can have between 1-5 Direct reports. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Have 5 – 10 years working in a technology professional services capacity

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Have some experience in the Corporate Real Estate business

Be conversant in Design Thinking and Agile methodologies

Know how to tell a really good story

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results.

Responsible for setting project, department and/or division deadlines.

Exceptional judgment to avoid long-term impact on division, line of business, company.
