We're growing, and seeking a Senior Brand Insights Strategist in the Brand Strategy department.
What you'll do
The Senior Brand Insights Strategist will be an integral part of Heat's strategy department, working on inspiring excellent creative advertising and business transformation. This person will use primary and secondary research to inform pitch development, creative briefs, audience personas and marketing workshops. This person must be able to develop learning plans, translate audience insights into meaningful and actionable insight, and is comfortable working across multiple projects. We are looking for a curious and engaged problem solver, able to adapt their approach based on the questions at hand and explore and develop innovative solutions.
In your role, you will:
Design, administer and analyze quantitative primary research (e.g. brand tracking, customer journey, concept testing)
Develop content and lead workshops on audience insight, brand positioning, business opportunities and creative messaging
Work closely with broader strategy team to develop trend reports, audience profiles, customer journeys
Build team knowledge base by keeping up to date with innovations in research and marketing best practices
Learn and aid in the brand strategy and creative development process
4 years of experience in a consumer insights or marketing research role
Experienced in analysis tools like Excel, SPSS, R, Tableau, Qualtrics
Experienced in presentation tools (Keynote or Powerpoint)
Ability to travel up to 30%
Experience working in an advertising agency
Experience in qualitative moderation
Comfortable with iMovie or Final Cut for video editing
Good problem-solving abilities
