Chenega Professional and Technical Services, LLC (CPTS) is seeking an Integrated Services Delivery Manager. The Integrated Services Delivery Manager (ISDM) The ISDM is responsible for ensuring all life-cycle functions necessary for the design, development, integrations, services delivery, operations are sustaining engineering are continuously optimized to mission user needs, including timeliness and costs. The ISDM will report directly to the Program Manager and is sponsored and chartered to (re-) organize the traditionally separate life-cycle operations of the IT services organization to the most agile relationship in providing integrated products. The ISDM will work with contractors and NASA stakeholders to develop synergistic functions between IT Services components (e.g. cloud, data center, networks) and requirements (e.g. security, compliance, local mission); and develop the organization skills and utilizations of these functions to ever greater integration of resources, efficacies in new products engineering, and optimization of delivery and costs to meet NASA mission requirements. When mission or technology requirements are 'disruptive' or transformational (e.g. demanding or allowing for uniquely significant business process changes), the ISDM will team with the Enterprise Transformation Manager, whose skills in 'enterprise change' (e.g. workforce, stakeholder governances) to complement integration with transformation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing program risks and opportunities program milestones achieved through adherence to program master plans and schedules.
Developing/executing corrective action plans to mitigate internal or customer identified issues.
Delivering effective control systems and reporting for accurately processing change and controlling in-scope performance of program functional task elements such as operations, development, engineering, procurement, quality control, logistics, safety, security, and administrative functions.
Working closely with and building relationships with the NASA Center customer community.
Building strong morale within Team Chenega (including all teammates)
Participating in developing of future strategies.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or related field preferred
Three (3) or more years of technical experience
Experience with the program management of a large NASA Enterprise IT Service Delivery program
Demonstrated experience establishing teaming relationships/partnerships and oversight of teammates.
Demonstrated experience managing mid to large NASA IT programs.
Understanding of the NASA procurement process.
Understanding of Risk and Opportunity management processes
Understanding of all program financial and business processes and metrics
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
Demonstrated success building relationships with customers and teammates
Demonstrated experience in Team building.
Must be able to obtain required NASA badge.
Must be able to provide a certified Birth Certificate (with state seal), Passport, or INS Citizenship documents on date of hire (candidate will be sent home if this paperwork is not provided upon arrival on date of hire).
Must have, and maintain, a valid driver’s license.
