Work You ll DoLead and deliver components of large, complex client engagements by identifying, designing, and implementing creative business solutions. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Manage multiple teams delivering strategic advice to clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and divesture transactions. Collaborate with senior client executives to scope work on transactions, set milestones, and define deliverables. Identify key client business issues, determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of potential transactions. Develop M&A strategy and design multi-layer screening funnels to identify acquisition targets and/or potential buyers/investors. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage workstreams and day-to-day client relationships. Structure client interviews including key decision makers relevant to the transaction, secure and perform interviews, and synthesize results in financial models and information memorandums. Create financial models and investment theses for potential M&A targets. Perform complex scenario analyses and evaluate business model sensitivities to key business metrics in order to capture risk factors and plan for contingencies. Prepare and deliver persuasive oral presentations using PowerPoint and Excel. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Finance, Management, or a related field.Five years of progressively responsible experience in the position above, a Manager, Analyst, or related occupation.Must have five years of experience with:Managing multiple teams delivering strategic advice to clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and divesture transactions;Collaborating with senior client executives to scope work on transactions, set milestones, and define deliverables;Identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of potential transactions;Developing M&A strategy and designing multi-layer screening funnels to identify acquisition targets and/or potential buyers/investors;Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively managing workstreams and day-to-day client relationships;Structuring client interviews including key decision makers relevant to the transaction, securing and performing interviews, and synthesizing results in financial models and information memorandums;Creating financial models and investment theses for potential M&A targets;Performing complex scenario analyses and evaluating business model sensitivities to key business metrics in order to capture risk factors and plan for contingencies; andPreparing and delivering persuasive oral presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.In the alternative, the business will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in a stated field and three years of experience.Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.80% travel required.
