Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

Marketing Communications - Marketing Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager is responsiblefor managing and driving significant pipeline from focused marketing campaigns thatwill ultimately drive sales and gross margin. The ideal candidate will be astrategic thinker, with a background in brand marketing and product marketingand proven success partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and executecampaigns.
You will work closely with stakeholders from Product Management,Sales and other internal Marketing organizations to lead cross-teamcollaboration, track business results and hold participating functionsaccountable for results.
The ideal candidate will be energetic,self-starting, and self-motivated. Marketing specialties should include:Campaign Management, Demand Generation, Marketing Communications, Email &Digital Marketing, DB Marketing & Segmentation, and ROI Reporting &Analytics.
Demonstrated experiences required:
Establish targets and metrics for marketing campaign reachand engagement, monitor through regular reports, and recommend adjustments tothe campaign strategy and programs, accordingly
Work with team members to drive the development of campaignmessaging, creative, promotional copy, targets, segmentation, program set-upand implementation
Develop and maintain campaign plans, conduct on-goingplanning calls and communicate plans and results to internal and externalaudiences, and secure marketing and cross-functional approval and support
Assist with other various marketing programs, including digital marketing, events and webinars
Review, track, analyze and report on global marketing campaigns to clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of each and the overall impact to sales pipeline
Work with third-party vendors on campaign components as needed
Managing cross-functional launch teams to ensure that the entire organization is prepared to tell our story and support growth objectives
Identifying opportunities to improve marketing campaign processes and implement best practices across teams. Build and document new processes to establish consistency in execution
