This position is in a growing and dynamic in-house advertising agency creating customer facing marketing materials with a group of creative and strategic people. This position will support work from the Wholesale line of business. As a Project Manager on the Account Management team, supporting one of this complex line of business, you will engage internal clients on their marketing strategy and turn that into creative strategy. You’ll brief art directors and copywriters on the creative strategy and then work with them in the internal presentation of that work and the ongoing development of it.

The Account Management team provides strategic oversight of the business, customer and brand on agency deliverables and holds accountability for managing agency teams to meet client objectives, customer needs, and budgetary and timeline parameters. The team builds influential and collaborative client partnerships and leads agency/client communications and interactions.

The primary goal of Account Management is to help drive and develop effective marketing programs and materials which deliver on KPI’s. They do this by setting and inspiring the creative direction and ensuring that creative is delivered effectively and efficiently at overall client relationship, campaign and project levels.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:*

  • Supports Account Executive through all project phases to ensure successful execution, including: proactive planning, scoping, budgeting, briefing, tracking progress and orchestrating of teams (agency and client)

  • Ability to build influential client relationships and developing a deep familiarity with client business, customer and marketing insights. Being the primary contact for campaigns, projects or channel work for these clients. Learning, sharing and applying customer insights, brand activation and business results.

  • Being accountable for defining and achieving campaign/project goals on behalf of clients by way of collaboration with internal (IHA) and external (LOB Marketing) leadership.

  • Assessing risks to project and proposes mitigation strategies

  • Leading, guiding and partnering to sell creative solutions

  • Demonstrated omni-channel experience – solid understanding of integrated digital campaign to drive consideration and action, knowledge of digital marketing best practices

  • Proactively looking for ways to improve the business or agency processes to achieve better results

  • Owning internal team meetings, status documents, meeting notes, creative presentations

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience

  • 5 + years of digital marketing experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years- of digital marketing agency experience; external agency or internal client agency

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong relationship development skills

  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
