Within ODC, Moat is a brand intelligence and SaaS analytics solution focused on transforming digital advertising with two products: Moat Analytics and Moat Pro. Moat Analytics is a proprietary solution which enables the collection of signals and metrics to better understand ad effectiveness, engagement, and overall consumer attention. Moat Pro is an industry wide real-time search solution providing insights across brands, publishers, and the ad tech landscape.
In this role, you will support existing Moat agency clients with overall account management. Responsibilities will include renewals and expansion revenue, client onboarding, providing product advice and expertise and acting as the single point of contact for the clients into the ODC. You will be their champion internally to ensure top notch customer service.
Candidate must have experience working with clients and being responsible for supporting & building accounts. They should understand important features and functionality for clients, be able to position ODC products within a competitive landscape and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and renewal and expansion rates.
Own and manage client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience with Moat and our products.
Collaborate with Moat's engineering and operations teams to create a positive client onboarding and integrations experience.
Proactively review and monitor clients’ data, surfacing insights and resolving challenges as they arise.
Serve as the point of contact for client discussions by email, phone, and in person.
Become an expert on Moat's strengths and capabilities.
Spot opportunities to educate partners about our two core products, Analytics and Pro.
Required Skills and Experience
BS or BA Degree from a highly competitive school.
Deep hands-on experience with DFP, DFA, OAS, Atlas, ADTECH, PointRoll, MediaMind, AppNexus, and other ad trafficking systems.
Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
Strong Excel skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
