creative, and results-oriented thought-leader to join our growing team. We are
seeking someone who will elevate and strengthen our relationships with Sales
and Ad Product leadership at both Amazon and Pinterest, and to grow our channel
revenue by creating awareness and driving usage of ODC’s audience, context, and

Build, manage, and grow
credible and cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and with
Amazon and Pinterest sales leadership to effectively develop and scale profitable
new business initiatives that drive future growth, expansion, and profitability
for ODC and its partners
Pursue new and creative ways
to expand market share, anticipate and identify new channel partnership opportunities,
capitalize on emerging trends to inform our sales narrative, influence partner
decisions, grow revenue, and promote continued partnership evolution.
Structure and implement a data-driven
strategy across a growing team located in multiple cities, focused on growing
partner relationships and revenue with Amazon and Pinterest and achieving ODC
Prepare forecasts and KPI
reporting for the sales leaders and upper management for use in organizational
planning and financial forecasting
Required Skills andExperience
presence and proven track record of building successful client relationships
with senior Sales leaders and C-Suite
business strategist and operational leader within a channel model where
differentiated approach, outstanding customer service, market innovation, and
operational excellence have driven outsized growth
and owned significant P&L in a growth business
Referenceable ability to
negotiate and influence partnerships and execute strategic initiatives in the
media and advertising technology space
NY or SF location strongly
degree or equivalent, MBA preferred

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Ability to hire and train new Alliance Consultants. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence.
