We are currently seeking Oracle ERP, EPM and HCM Cloud Applications Healthcare Sector Associate Partners to join our team. These are hands on sales and delivery roles in our Healthcare industry primarily focused on Healthcare Providers with a secondary focus on Healthcare Payers. Responsibilities include providing advice & counsel to clients to help sell engagements, oversight & accountability for delivery success, and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth business process knowledge and the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how Oracle Cloud Applications and associated Cloud-based technology can help transform their business to achieve desired benefits. A successful candidate will be able to identify and quantify the business benefits of moving to Oracle Cloud Applications and will also help craft the implementation strategy, approach, timelines, and costs. The candidate will lead and be accountable for the delivery of sold work.

This is a business and technology consulting role with emphasis on the business process and industry expertise. A successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud Application solutions, releases, roadmaps and new innovations. This role requires strong communications skills and executive presence. Proficiency in developing channel & client relationships, identifying & closing new business, developing thought leadership with industry content as well as a visionary outlook for Healthcare Enterprise Applications are required.

Other responsibilities:

  • Coordinate validated pipeline progression with a well-established Business Solutions Executive

  • Lead Oracle sales and delivery engagements focused on Healthcare clients

  • Attain both sales and delivery targets including bookings, revenue, profit and utilization

  • Lead Oracle pursuits at new logo clients and expand penetration at existing accounts

  • Provide industry guidance, strategies, and Oracle best practices and have working knowledge and familiarity with Healthcare environments

  • Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners

  • Have the ability to develop strategies with an established IBM Business Solutions Executive to win engagements while partnering with Oracle field sales people

  • Define, develop and use repeatable non-traditional consulting industry solutions; and

  • Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience and expertise team-selling Oracle Applications to Healthcare clients

  • At least 5 years of experience of Business Development, Consulting and Delivery of Oracle solutions

  • Track record of achieving individual sales quota of $5M+ annually

  • At least 5 years of experience with business process re-engineering at an Executive level

  • At least 5 years of experience with Business Operations at an Executive level

  • At least 5 years of experience developing Executive level relationships, with prior experience in the identification, development and closure of Oracle Application Implementation sales efforts

  • At least 5 years of experience guiding and facilitating Executive level business decisions and performing business analysis such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, business case development and operations analysis
