The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Innovation Group, a part of PVSI, is dedicated to serving as the catalyst for transformational change across the company, focusing on fostering the growth of big ideas that will efficiently influence business models, processes, and programs in order to meet evolving customer needs. The team actively partners across the enterprise with business lines, data and analytics, operations, and marketing to provide resources, support, and visibility that will help transform business models, products, and services.

The UX Producer manages, plans, and organizes the user experience design effort on specific projects within the Innovation Group’s Digital Product Design practice. You work closely with designers, content strategists, product managers and project stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting the execution of the strategy and tactical solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with Designers, Content Strategists, Producers, and Researchers on omni-channel, end-to-end innovative user experiences for digital banking, financial education, product information, tools, and applications

  • Often acting as project lead, coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams from across the bank, writing creative briefs, estimating scope and sizing, and handling escalations

  • Working on large long-term projects as well as faster Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives

  • Working with project teams to understand business goals and identify customer needs

  • Partnering with innovation strategists, product managers, project managers, developers, business analysts, legal/compliance, and more

  • Owning and maintaining standards and guidelines

  • Presenting the entire experience to large groups or senior leaders

  • Moderating working sessions

  • Participating in early discovery work that helps to determine future strategy

  • Advocating for change that enhances customer experience and improves process

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
