Our Global Cognitive Process Automation team supports customers in the optimization and operational digital transformation of their industry specific/core business processes.

Specific features:

  1. Role of business development mainly on global enterprise clients who have existing business processes that they will to automate and enable with AI characteristics

  2. Consultative selling deeply in the context of AI

  3. Ownership of the sales engagement phase and direct involvement delivery phase

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5 years experience with Business Process Management, Automation approaches, Transformation and the applicability of AI.

  • 5 years experience in consulting selling skills in the large enterprise market segment.

  • 5 years experience in awareness of global industries, culture and the ability to travel internationally

  • 5 years experience in consulting in business process analysis

  • 5 years experience in framing and advising activities on the deployment of process automation

  • English: Fluent

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • 10 years of experience in any BPM end to end processes, including transformation projects

  • 10 years of Consulting selling skills in Financial Services, Telecommunications, etc.

  • 10 years of experience in depth understanding AI solutions ideally in a wider end user experience/cost take out transformation

  • 10 years experience in delivery experience of operational transformation/BPM projects desirable
