We are looking for a hard-working, self-starter to join the SuiteSuccess Last Mile Solutions Team. A Technical Solutions Specialists on our Last Mile Solutions Team will use their NetSuite configuration experience and industry domain expertise to configure new SuiteSuccess Solutions. They will have a strong understanding of core NetSuite processes and functional implementation capabilities using the full range of NetSuite’s native configuration tools, to include but not limited to - Dashboard Configuration, Saved Search and Report customization, SuiteFlow configurations and SuiteBundler with SuiteScript capabilities is a must. Strong written skills and attention to detail are key requirements as this role is also responsible for the creation and upkeep of solution documentation utilized by NetSuite Sales and Professional Services as well as our NetSuite Partner community.

Members of our Last Mile Solutions Team will work closely with our SuiteSuccess Solution Management team to identify core requirements for new solution construction or existing solution updates. They will also showcase our solutions to the industry influence teams to ensure they met or exceeded the solution requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the vertical influence teams and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations.

  • Document and validate technical/customization requirements and map to NetSuite platform.

  • Customize NetSuite application to meet use cases developed by Solution Management team, including design and development of automations.

  • Collaborate with the functional and implementation offshore resources to develop, test, and deploy custom automations.

  • Construct Solution Documentation and contribute to solutions repository. Document and follow developmental best practices and share with SuiteSuccess leadership.

  • Communicate functionality (primarily platform-related features) released with each new product upgrade.

  • Manage key resources for integrations to partner applications.

  • Create technology breakthroughs for Web Services and ad-hoc integrations including: Java, JavaScript, Xml, Web Services, Https, Smtp, Security Settings, Firewall and IT troubleshoot. Trouble Shoot & resolve technical Issues.

  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors.

  • Up to 40% domestic travel

  • Showcases SuiteSuccess solutions to the industry influence teams to ensure product readiness per market. Resolve routine issues per defined parameters and procedures, and escalate when necessary.

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance in line with SuiteSuccess standards defined by the Last Mile Solution Team standard operating procedures.

  • Participate in business planning activities and ongoing progress reporting with the senior leadership.

  • Work directly with NetSuite & SuiteSuccess Support organizations to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Skills and Expertise:

Required:

  • 1 years of XP on Suite Script and Suite Flow

  • 1- years of XP on Suite Script 2.0

  • 2 years of XP on computer science related jobs

  • 2 years of XP on JavaScript

  • 1- year of experience in Functional or Admin NetSuite solutions or 1- years of experience on SAP, Oracle or other ERP suite solutions

  • Bachelor in Computer Engineer preferably in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Software Development or equivalent

  • Proficient in developing and testing Web Applications

  • Technical problem solver (quick turn requirements into detail implementation plans)

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
