Manage overall Sales Support process for new business installations for Southern California medical, dental and vision products new and existing business.

Fundamental Components:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized Sales Assistant to support the West Key/Select Sales/Service team in the implementation process of new sold cases. Individual must be a team player who is capable of handling multiple, changing priorities while managing day-to day- responsibilities.

Acts as Liaison between Sales and the Implementation Unit. Follows up with the client for required paperwork needed for smooth installation of new cases. Verified that all documents and eligibility is correct and forwards to the Implementation Unit within the required timeframe

Acts as Liaison between Sales, Customer, Broker, Underwriting and Implementation. Follows up with the client for required paperwork needed for smooth installation of new cases. Facilitates and validates accuracy of all documents and eligibility and submits to the appropriate units within the required timeframe


strong in Microsoft office products, excel, outlook and word. Highly organized, self starter and able to multitask.

Customer Service experience

Health Insurance knowledge a plus, but not required.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Insurance/Insurance License is desired
