The Director of Housekeeping, oversees and ensures overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Manages all financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
