Job Description

What will you do?

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Clinical microarray products in escalation and complaint case management

  • Design, implement, analyze, and interpret laboratory experiments in support of a complaint investigation and leading to the development of new approaches to support Clinical products.

  • Conduct computer-based data analysis to support field teams, sustaining activities and product development.

  • Research and implement new methods and technologies to improve the support of Clinical products

  • Communicate with the support teams and customers by email or webinar to provide information on product complaint investigations and resolutions, and updates related to product performance.

  • Represent Support function on Product Development Core teams.

  • Conduct internal trainings as needed and assist with development of training materials.

  • Participate in process and operation improvement opportunities.

  • Develop appropriate documents (i.e. QCs, SOPs, instruction manuals, documents required, etc.) and comply with company quality management systems, policies, and procedures.

How will you get here?


  • B.S. in Biological or Chemical sciences required. M.S. or Ph.D. preferred.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years post-baccalaureate experience in life sciences required.

  • Previous experience with DNA microarrays and/or DNA sequencing methods and data analysis.

  • Experience in a clinical laboratory setting and familiarity with regulatory processes is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly dynamic and fast-paced global environment to resolve urgent complaints from Clinical customers.

  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a highly matrixed team environment with both internal and external groups.

  • Communicate effectively with technical support teams, product development teams, marketing and commercial teams.
