IBM Business Analyst (Los Angeles) - Bluewolf in SANTA MONICA, California
We are currently looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Our Business Analyst works under the immediate direction of the Project manager and will be responsible for these key duties:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and user needs
Collaborate with Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Directors to design and implement systems that parallel overall client business objectives
Works under the immediate supervision of the Project Manager, and exercise independent judgment on small engagements or as a part of a team on enterprise projects

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical program
0-2 years’ prior experience in a Business Analyst role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, or ERP
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred, but can be developed
