Product Marketing Snr Manager
He or she will manage people who will implement an effective legal compliance program, being proactively auditing processes, practices and documents, educating and training employees. Also, will organize and lead RFP, helping purchases goods or services, ensuring obtains quality for competitive prices in a timely fashion. Plays an integral role in ensuring LOB sticks to budgets and operates profitably.
Also, he or she will ensure that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. You will also review employees’ work and provide advice on marketing compliance.
To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions, since being member of marketing team and be aligned with legal, tax, risk, finance and other teams inside organization. Liaises with team to determine their product and service needs and prepare a plan to reorganize strategic suppliers for Mkt LOB, also Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
Monitors business trends and services availability to pay the best price without sacrificing quality or delivery times
Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
Work close to global team at strategies for procuring
Reports to the Marketing Operations Director for Latin America
Manage and implement an effective legal marketing compliance program, and create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
Draft and revise company policies, also proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses and collaborate with external auditors when needed
Evaluate marketing activities to assess compliance risk and set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
Manage others who will educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices and address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance, keeping abreast of internal standards and business goals
Experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager, also procurement for Marketing LOB in modern standards
Experience in risk management
Knowledge of legal requirements, Marketing Operations and controls
Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards

BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or a related field
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market. Manages a staff of managers.
As a manager in product marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development of company marketing specifications for specific product(s) or product line(s). Manage marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives. Monitor the development of business plans and business results of e-marketing. Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the market place. Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns. Act as a technical advisor for specific product(s). Initiate and foster relationships with development, sales, and other groups to develop new products or enhance functionality of existing product(s) or product line(s). Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Practical internet knowledge. Software business management experience. 4 years technical marketing experience. Previous development experience or developer marketing experience desired. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Successful track record in management. BA/BS degree. MBA a plus.
