IBM Security Data Privacy SaaS in SAO PAULO, Brazil
Engage in client-facing sales negotiations with Senior Security & Privacy officers on Security, Privacy & Compliance topics
Conduct Data Privacy & Security contract negotiations on non-standard Terms & Conditions. Approve and draft clauses as required.
Work with stakeholders (e.g. operations teams, other corporate functions) on DP law, compliance and risks as required (for example by providing input on any changes to scope in controls or processes required as a result of new local laws)
Proactively raise trends, potential threats, concerns or other information within Legal, Data Protection Leads, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Proactively promote IBM externally by collaborating with Industry Working Groups, Data Protection Authorities and other stakeholders in the Cloud Industry
Demonstrate experience with IT security requirements, privacy and security risk assessment and best practices, privacy certifications/seals, and information security standards certifications.
Provide guidance and promote IBM's Security, and Privacy Principles to internal IBM teams
Educate and guide IBM sales teams through various mechanisms (communities, newsletters, e-mail, webcasts, etc..)
Draft and review Data Protection Contract framework to be used for client negotiations (e.g. Data Processing Addendum)
Take leadership in new legislation changes such as GDPR and provide expertise through knowledge of subject area
Flow down knowledge and other information to internal IBM teams
Attend summits, conferences, and speak to Industry and regulatory panels on behalf of IBM
