Marsh & McLennan Client Representative in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

The Client Representative is a vital member of a dedicated client service team. The client service team is responsible for delivering superior insurance broking and risk management services to clients. The CR supports clients and client facing professionals within the team. This position focuses on administration tasks associated with complex accounts. Pre-Renewal: Assists with the collection of renewal information from clients. Update underwriting documents for renewal. Assists in preparing summary of insurance requirements by line of coverage. Assist in producing client proposals, analysis and presentations. Possess a good knowledge of the client’s operations and insurance programs. Post-Renewal: Accountable for coordination and issuance of binders, invoices and certificates of participation for each line of coverage within Client First Principles. Prepares premium allocation and risk allocation for taxation purposes where applicable. Prepare client letters according to Client First Principles enclosing a variety of documentation. Assist in managing the billing and accounts receivable activity on assigned accounts. Verify insurance policies for accuracy and coordinates corrections, if applicable with insurers. Prepares and sends formal policy documentation to clients. Oversees the issuance of insurance certificates. On Going Basis: Responsible for maintaining accurate & timely client records in accordance with company guidelines. Complies with Marsh Client First Principles to ensure quality service to all clients Comply with electronic file maintenance protocols. Responds to client inquiries and insurer coverage/documentation requests; solves problems regarding client account issues. Interact regularly with colleagues/managers, clients, underwriters and premium financing companies. Reporting of claims as required. Maintain renewal lists for the service team. Assist fellow CR’s with account servicing as required. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years administration experience. Saskatchewan Brokers License or capable and willing to obtain a SK broker’s license within 3 months of hire Superior computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in Quebec). Results oriented with a strong client service focus. Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment. Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines. Strong data analysis skills Ability to work in a fast paced office environment Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team Ability to handle complex files and/or file escalations.
