Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering or related field required. MBA / MS or other advanced degree preferred. Ten (10) years experience managing multiple groups in program management, finance and engineering experience or any combination of complex program management, and/or technical experience.

Position Purpose:

Create strategies to organize and direct company and supplier resources to meet customer engineering priorities for service operations, allocated program cost and schedule milestones. Responsibilities include oversight of Customer Support development strategies, engineering design oversight and program management of all schedules, cost/benefit analysis, certification, licensing/patents, product support, quality, reliability and availability and entry into service issues and activities. Provide leadership of custom engineering services for Customer Support. Develop goals and objectives that challenge individuals to look at new ways to meet customer needs and solve problems in an efficient and profitable manner. Identify, develop and certify strategic programs and projects that meet Customer Support business priorities.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Develop customer engineering near and long-term strategy 2. Develop and implement program and product Strategies 3. Develop and implement enterprise program management platform 4. Develop and effectively monitor budgets to achieve and/or exceed cost targets, revenue and desired savings 5. Monitor and Ensures projects achieve certification schedule and performance targets 6. Leads project management quality, reliability and availability issues to meet and exceed corporate targets/goals 7. Leads Outsourcing and Supplier Selection in support of engineering and development programs 8. Leads evaluation, selection and implementation of new engineering/manufacturing technologies 9. Supports Customer Support activities that meet or exceed business & customer satisfaction goals 10. Lead the preparation of project proposals, project cost estimates and negotiation of contract terms & conditions 11. Ensure that the contindynamic challenges of supporting the customers' demands are met with a high degree of professionalism and expertise resulting in timely, efficient and effective program and engineering solutions that maximizes customer satisfaction and profitability 12. Create an environment that fosters the uous improvement that achieves standardization and consistency across enterprise 13. Establish common standards to be utilized by the enterprise 14. Recruit and develop talent 15. Provide leadership and direction on all custom engineering project initiatives Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Strong written, verbal and analytical skills. Frequent effective customer and inter company communications is essential for this position. Must be able to conduct one on one discussions and presentations at large customer forums.
