CACI International AMC MEFPAK Manager in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois
CACI is seeking a AMC MEFPAK Manager to join our team at Scott AFB, IL. What You’ll Get to Do:
Providing operations support pertaining to medical logistics
Assists AMC/SGX in developing and coordinating concept of employment/concept of operations for proposed Unit Type Code (UTC) capabilities;
Provides Subject Matter Expertise input throughout the development process.
Provide day-to-day operational support in the areas of planning, programming, and requirements generation.
Writes and coordinates Manpower Force Requirement (MANFOR) and Mission Capability (MISCAP) statements for proposed UTCs.
Assists in development, ensures interchangeability, and coordinates Allowance Standard (AS).
Works with appointed Pilot Units to develop and manage UTCs.
Assist with developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
Educates command and pilot unit personnel on MEFPAK and UTC registration processes. Registers new UTCs upon development completion via Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES) IAW Air Force Instruction (AFI) 10-401.
Identifies and resolves personnel and equipment issues for proposed UTCs.
Advises the government command representative on MEFPAK plans, programs, and activities. Researches and reviews technological/equipment issues regarding proposed UTCs.
Prepares, submits, and reviews Logistics Details (LOGDETs) via the Logistics Module (LOGMOD).
Uses the Allowance Standard Management System, the Defense Medical Logistics Standard System (DMLSS), Joint Medical Asset Repository (JMAR), and the Medical Readiness Decision Support System (MRDSS) to monitor and evaluate logistics, personnel and training of medical treatment facilities.
Reviews/updates assigned UTC MISCAPs, MANFORs, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), TTPs, and ASs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Logistics/or Medically Related Discipline.
10 years AF Medical Readiness experience and eight years MAJCOM level experience.
Must be able to pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC)
