Transdev Digital Marketing Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

The Digital Marketing Manager will implement effective marketing campaign execution in all paid channels, with a heavy emphasis on Search Engine Marketing (SEM). This person demonstrates superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in Google AdWords, understand how to execute campaigns on a geography by geography basis and consume large amounts of data in making decisions. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role can reside in either our Scottsdale, Arizona office of our suburban Chicago location.
Develop, Plan, and execute all SEM campaigns across Supershuttle and Execucar brands
Lead A/B testing initiatives across digital channels, rapidly testing and changing based on data led results
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Investigate and rigorously test new digital paid channels, setting the channel mix and strategy for both entities
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required :
College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing or a related field required.
5-8 years of work experience in digital marketing in B2C industries
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ability to dissect large quantities of data into actionable insights.
Expertise in Excel
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Travel requirement (as a percent): <10% for occasional meetings and conferences
Must submit to a drug test and background check
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
