Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels in execution of the company's digital strategy
Provides content development, technical orientation and user perspective to online products, services, communities by guiding and ensuring consistency throughout the site with respect to Oracle's image and qualtiy standards. Take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Confers with project teams to develop and implement digital content and applications. Serves as a liaison among marketing, alliances, product management and product development to integrate a variety of content and to achieve a consistent, successful product for the user. Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement an integrated content strategy. Develop techniques on ways to build traffic, generate leads and develop audience. Works with management to develop project objectives . Consults with graphic designers and web designers to insure that required technical features are feasible and can be implemented. Teams with creative and technical leads to manage overall content strategy. May provide project leadership
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Advanced knowledge of digital design, flow and site organization. 8 years relevant work experience. Advanced technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed.

Digital Content Developer Position:
Global Sales and Consulting Operations (GSCO) supports efficiency and enablement of Oracle Global Sales with standard sales processes, analytics, sales management tools, and Oracle SalesHelp support.
The GSCO Team is actively recruiting the role of Digital Content Developer with a focus on Sales User Experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for user experience, process development, digital communication methods, writing, and an ability to implement change across complex, cross functional teams.
_Key Responsibilities Include :_
- Write digital content for key sales processesthat is scalable across Oracle Communication channels.
o Key Sales Processes: Sales Planning, Demand Generation, Opportunity Management, Quoting, and Renewals
Engage directly with Sales Reps and Managers to understand how they use Oracle tools develop and test all content to support sales needs
Research, test, and propose new methods and best practices formodern, digital, multimedia resources to reach Sales Users quickly and accurately
_Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Include:_
Strong process development and writing skills
Experience with modern digital communication methods and curiosity to explore and evolve them to serve Oracle s complex needs
Experience working with software development teams (e.g. documentation, QA, release management, project management,)
Leadership and communication skills that facilitate:
o Direct interaction with functional tool development teams to master technical functionality of sales tools
o Direct interaction with Sales and Sales Ops team capture information about how they work and analyze impacts on technical processes and communication methods
o Advocate the Sales User Experience with functional tool teams
o Coordinate content approach with fellow team members to facilitate a unified user experience for Sales Help, Communication, and Tool Guide
o Previous experience working in a complex and fast moving sales environment
Preferred Experience and Education Includes:
Strong project management and status reporting skills. (Project Management Certification not required, but strong candidate will have training)
B.A. or B.S. Business, Technical Communications, or equivalent experience
