POSITION SUMMARY

This position will join the group Medicare retention team to support the retention and growth of group Medicare customers. This role succeeds by providing strong customer support, building relationships, strong presentation skills as well as attention to details.

Fundamental Components:

A successful candidate will service the external customer through strong internal relationships, deep knowledge of Medicare and attention to detail. Additionally, the candidate will be interested in learning more about the financial aspects of renewals, supporting the response to RFPs and finalist meetings and creating winning strategies to retain customers, attract new membership and sell the medicare advantage program.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Texas is the preferred home state, however this role can sit almost anywhere in the west territory with access to a major airport.
