Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

A Network Acquisition and Delivery Program Manager should have a blend of business knowledge and technical skills that enables them to make the best decisions for our customers and products. The ideal candidate will use their technical knowledge and industry experience to support the acquisition and delivery of new network services critical to the Oracle Cloud. A Network Acquisition and Delivery Program Manager is responsible for the funding, acquisition, and vendor delivery of all network services for Oracle Cloud. You are expected to work across many teams including project management, engineering, and suppliers to deliver critical network services both on time and accurately.
3 years of experience in the Telecom, Datacenter, or Cloud Infrastructure industries
Familiar with telecom contracts and able to interpret SLAs, credits, and other relevant terms
Manage delivery of capacity to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
Represent the business needs and technical requirements of Oracle to suppliers
Pro-actively manage challenges before they impact timelines
The ability to document your decisions and recommendations to internal leadership
