Office Services Support A2
a member of our Real Estate and Facilities team, you will assist the on-site
Facilities team to support an environment of
teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success while
supporting all aspects of daily operations. You will conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and
organized office as well as provide daily support to office employees, coordinate
appointments, perform file maintenance, order office supplies and coordinate
incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
will be asked to provide support in a variety of settings while working within
defined procedures and routines with defined autonomy to resolve problems. You
will be accountable for achieving objectives for self and contributing to the
work of others. Excellent communication skills are an absolute requirement.
Other duties that may include but are not limited to:
reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and
equipment maintenance, and management of building access passes, safety and
years of experience.
- Perform furniture inventory and provide furniture
maintenance as needed
- Coordinate removal of retired, broken and unused
assets with Fixed Assets and the preferred disposal vendor.
- Provide back up support in other facilities duties for
team coverage such as mailroom and kitchen maintenance by stocking office
supplies, copy paper, toners, beverages and other kitchen supplies.
- Maintain log information as directed and required for
such activities as maintaining office supply inventory, furniture inventory,
asset retirement spreadsheet, etc.
- Complete monthly report in approved format
Maintain accountability for all assigned requisitions
Monitor purchase orders and vendor payment status
4) Safety andSecurity
Responsible for overall office safety & security
Contribute to emergency procedures manual
Assist in coordinating programs to educate employees
on building and general office emergency procedures.
Assist in coordinating CPR and safety training.
Assist Emergency Response Team
Prioritize conflicting responsibilities and schedules.
Report problems as required.
Communicate as required to the necessary parties
- In the event of a facilities emergency coordinate with
other facilities and building personnel to achieve timely resolution.

Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) manages Oracle owned and leased
properties around the world.
The minimum amount of time you are expected to remain in this position
before you are able to transfer to another position at Oracle is 18 months.
