In this role you will be

responsible for conceiving and developing new products and features. As a

member of the


development team, you will analyze and integrate

customer requirements, set product direction and

define specifications.

You will lead and

coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class

capabilities on OCI.

You will be expected to

assess appropriate trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market,

and to

clearly communicate

goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders

and remote


The right candidate will

possess a strong Product Management background, an ability to

work backwards from the

customers and will have

experience launching multiple customer-facing products and features. You must

be able

to thrive and succeed in

an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or


priorities. This means

you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives,

but can also roll up

your sleeves, dig in and

get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric


negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.

This role will be

located in Oracle's downtown Seattle Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize

product features and functions

  • Drive operational and

technical solution development to support implementation of desired features

Develop business

requirements and user stories to provide design and development direction to

Collaborate with UX

design and Dev teams to iterate and refine designs

  • Define, measure and

manage customer experience and business performance metrics for stakeholders

  • Proactively identify and

resolve risks and issues that may dent team’s ability to execute

  • Minimum Qualifications:


Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline

  • 8 years of experience

as hands-on product manager for customer facing product

  • Attention to detail and

proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment

  • PreferredQualifications:

  • MBA

  • Experience

in Internet business

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
