a seasoned TPM you will always “put the customer first” and have the mentality
of “act now and iterate” while building innovative cloud native products.
You will demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate the across
teams that are either operating in silos or don’t have mature processes.
Lastly, you will be expected to help mature our existing processes partnering
with engineering teams and product teams.
Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience inProgram Management on technical cross-functional projects.
Software developmentexperience for at least 3 years.
Experience in managing andexecuting large-scale, complex technical projects and delivering highquality products.
Master’s or equivalentexperience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical relatedfield.
Experience with big data,SQL databases, object stores, and program evaluations.
Ability to be an influentialmember of a highly integrated team composed of both technical andnon-technical members.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
