POSITION SUMMARY

Manage overall Sales Support process for new business installations for Pacific Northwest medical, dental and vision products new and existing business.

Fundamental Components:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized Sales Assistant to support the West Key/Select Sales/Service team in the implementation process of new sold cases. Individual that can be team player and capable of handling multiple task, changing priorities while managing day-to day- responsibilities.

Follows up with the client for required paperwork needed for smooth installation of new cases. Verified that all documents and eligibility is correct and forwards to the Implementation Unit within the required timeframe

Acts as Liaison between Sales, Customer, Broker, Underwriting and Implementation. units within the required timeframe

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
