As a trusted Enterprise vendor, Oracle is in the early stages to provide highly cost effective compute, storage, & PaaS Cloud solutions to its customer base.

We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group in Seattle. You will be responsible for gathering information from different listening systems, identifying common trends of customer pain points, prioritizing feedback, partner with multiple teams, and drive improvements to the customer experience. This is a great opportunity to work on different components of Oracle’s Cloud offering in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and synthesize information across different listening systems

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the engineering, operations, support and product management teams to identify the optimal customer experience

  • Provide insight into customer pain points using data analysis and expertise with Oracle’s cloud service

  • Bring the insight to the attention of engineering and business leaders

  • Drive prioritization of the top issues impacting customer experience

  • Develop requirements and drive feature changes to solve customer pain points

  • Establish new processes and programs to support a rapidly scaling business

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field

  • 8 years managing large scale technical programs and projects spanning multiple teams and organizations

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Empathy and passion for our enterprise customers, and resolving the difficulties they face while using our service

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and influence product/engineering service owners

  • Demonstrate confidence, synthesize complex elements into a crisp, yet robust story

  • Strong background in enterprise infrastructure and data centers

  • Expertise in compute, networking, data storage and infrastructure as a service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cloud development projects

  • Enterprise customer support experience for commercial online services

  • Software development experience

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
