We are looking for a seasoned solution and tools developer who can architect, design, solution and deliver on a spectrum of demands across workflow automation, collaboration and planning experiences data integrations, API’s and services.
Prioritize business needs to deliver on scalable solutions, automations and transactional systems
Transform the workflow processes into automations
Drive platform maturity for multi-user collaboration and planning experiences, data pipes, data integrations, API services and other data distribution services
Leverage cloud & big data oriented techniques for a sustainable cloud based architecture
Contribute to and manage to standards and processes for agile delivery and operations
Engage with the business operational leads and TPM to structure and prioritize business areas where tooling and automations can have the biggest impact
Partner with the TPM and Business functional leads iteratively to validate that the solution outcomes fulfill the business needs
Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, delivered timely and accurately
Provide ongoing assessment of solutions usage to determine feature updates and deprecation
Ensure service levels for the tools are met and reported on
Support cross-functional requirement sessions and user acceptance testing as required
Provide guidance and training to business users as applicable to support the business
8 years of experience in all aspects of solution design and architecture, transactional system delivery, workflow automations, information & data management
SQL proficiency and expertise with database design principles, concurrency control and management, transaction management with exposure to one or more large scale database engines and its forks
Working knowledge of coding best practices and design patterns
Experience building and operationalizing highly available, scalable, reliable and automated tooling experiences through multiple project cycles
Experience working with large cloud platforms
Passion for solving challenges, demonstrated innovative thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations across organizational boundaries
Attention to detail with drive for results
Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems or closely related field
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
