We are

specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with past

exposure to Information Security, Operations, Development and Compliance to

join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Governance, Risk and Compliance Group. You

will be responsible for the development and implementation of internal compliance

programs that support Oracle product and service offerings.

This role

includes assisting the Internal Compliance team with the development and

maintenance of several programs within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure group and

extending out into the broader Oracle Enterprise. Working with multiple teams within the

organization, you will help ensure that teams incorporate security, operations

and compliance requirements into systems, processes, and procedures. Engagements are typically with other

technical program managers, subject matter experts and team managers on projects

in varying stages of the design, implementation, and release process. This role

includes reporting up and out through varying levels of management.

The ideal

candidate will have the following skills/experience:

-Bachelor

Degree or equivalent

  • CISM,

CISSP, CCSP, CCSK desired

  • 7 years

related experience

  • 5 years

program management experience

  • Formal

training in project management

  • Recent

exposure to IT/Cloud auditing and controls frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 1

& SOC 2, PCI, NIST, ISO 27001 & ISO 27002

-Strong

working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure

-Proven

ability to combine business acumen, technical acumen and process expertise to

define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution

-Proven

ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions,

functions and cultures; comfort working with senior level management

-Demonstrated

ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams

-Ability to

prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly

motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules

-Strong bias

toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a

dynamic, fast-paced environment

-Superior

communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
