You

will manage the development and implementation process of several Oracle Cloud

Infrastructure products.

Specifically, you manage

the development and implementation process of several cloud-native products

involving departmental and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of

these new and existing products. You will plan and direct schedules, monitor

the projects from initiation through delivery and into production. Organize the

interdepartmental activities ensuring execution of the project/product within

budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program

staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are

varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area

of expertise. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2

years of project management or related experience preferred.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 4 years of experience managing the development and implementation of software products

  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to team with product managers to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and insuring our product and services meet our high standards for security excellence

  • Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals

  • Being hands-on and willing to delve deeper in to engineering problems if needed.
