The Oracle Mid Market Digital team is seeking a smart, customer-obsessed, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive and manage digital marketing campaigns in Korea, through a proactive, data-driven approach.
In this role, you will translate marketing objectives into digital tactics, aimed at increasing awareness, adoption, and leads for Oracle’s Mid Market Org across both Apps and Tech programs.
You will take a test and learn approach to your daily work, regularly experiment with new channels and campaign approaches, and optimize ongoing programs through content, reporting, and deep analysis.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in campaign management and lead generation, and is very metrics-oriented, capable of interpreting complex reports, and translating the results into future campaign actions.
The right candidate has strong communication and project management skills and is comfortable with planning and executing on various stages of digital marketing programs; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders.
Marketing Execution Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy including:
Aligning with communication strategy designed by the Apps or Tech Mid-market content, manage and execute multi-faceted digital marketing programs and campaign channels, including email, nurture, retargeting, search, and social, and ensuring proper tracking and reporting for effectiveness
Design, execute, and test highly effective digital campaigns to improve demand generation and nurture communications
Develop project plans, including goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels for lead generation
Use data and testing to optimize and improve content and targeting for digital marketing channels
Be a subject matter expert in digital tool usage and optimisation of tools
Liaise with data team on pulling the correct persona data for the implementation of the programs.
Management of campaign budgets
Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics and overall ROI to internal stakeholders
Monitor, analyze and tune marketing activities to maximize conversion and key metrics
With Field teams, track lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up all leads in a timely manner with field teams
Manage campaign briefings and status with DDG and/or ODP teams
Weekly updates and regular briefings and status reporting
Be invited to present and share digital best practice at key leadership meetings.
Liaise with local teams to ensure programs are executed on time and aligned on activities
8 years full-time experience in mid-market sales / marketing
IT marketing experience required.
Solid understanding of social media and the digital landscape of the future
Experience delivering mid-market messaging using storytelling to define and produce a marketing solution.
Strong communication, relationship management, organizational and project management skills
Ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
