Job summary & requirements
As a managing consultant, you will be located in iX service line in country and work as a senior project member who can lead and manage a critical module of IBM project or a small scale project work dominantly. You need to be able to demonstrate your capabilities to plan, manage and deliver your module work effectively and earn trusts from clients and teams based on your in-depth understanding about human experience and digital topics. You can be also a part of broader IBM team, which delivers integrated value and impact on our clients and perform there as iX consultant who can guide team and clients through a human experience centric approach to envision the future, develop strategies and design operating model or platform for implementation.
This role requires passion, experience and commitments in several of the following areas
Digital customer experience consulting or platform implementation
Customer insights & idea generation based on design thinking methodologies
New service development and launch
Sales and service strategy and process design
Marketing management strategy and/or platforms
e-Commerce strategy and/or platforms
Social business strategy and/or platforms
Digital transformation and organization design
Agile design and development
Working in global consulting or service firms
Experiences in developing digital customer engagement strategy and designing and delivering digital solutions
Experiences in working with external/internal clients to transform enterprise marketing, digital channels and/or front-end office functions/capabilities
