APPLICATIONS PROGRAMS MANAGER – ORACLE DIGITAL PRIME, KOREA
The Programs Manager will drive the go to market strategy for Oracle Digital Prime in Korea, in alignment with the APAC Applications business strategy. Lead the Integrated Demand Generation planning and execution of digital marketing and sales programs in the Korea to meet the pipeline and revenue goals for the Digital Prime organization.
The role works closely with Oracle Digital Prime Sales Leaders, APAC Programs Manager, Marketing teams, Alliances & Channels and the Business Development Groups. Role is key in providing support, guidance and governance to Sales Managers, Sales Reps & Business Development Group team on how best to segment the market, create and manage pipeline on their territories and follow through.
The Programs Manager works closely with Korea Oracle Digital Sales Leadership team as Integrated Demand Generation collaborator and Pipeline Generation and will have to:
Create an Integrated Demand Generation & pipeline generation plan for Oracle Digital Prime;
Helping Oracle Korea Application business deliver leading transformational Customer Experience solutions;
Provide thought leadership to clients help adopt the innovations in Customer Experience. Helping them define a customer experience strategy, an organization roadmap for adopting the CX journey;
Help in Developing the Go to Market Strategy for the CX Practice including messaging & content development, assist in development of key account strategy and planning, Transformation engagement partner /channel development;
Responsible for Demand Generation strategy, planning and execution leading to overall pipeline development. This includes running programs like Account Base Marketing (ABM) in large accounts, Events and Media activities, PR, Industry Workshops etc.
Align with Sales & Marketing stakeholders in Oracle Digital Prime & within the assigned territory.
Create Sales campaigns and initiatives that match the pipeline requirements, review pipeline gaps and meeting the overall business objectives.
Assist Digital Sales team in the creation of their territory planning.
Roll out Sales campaigns & report regularly on their achievements to Head of Programs Office and relevant stakeholders.
Track, measure & apply learnings based on current trends to the pipeline creation & progression activities.
Leverage multiple resources and contents to achieve his mission: Pre-sales, Product leaders, Senior Sales Executives, Data-mining, External agencies.. etc.
Support the development and deployment of Social Selling techniques and tools among Digital Prime Sales teams. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
12 years of total relevant experience.
4 years’ experience in CX Solutions, CX Marketing, CX Strategy.
3 years experience managing Sales/Marketing Programs in High Tech firms in an international company.
Strong strategical thinking with clear examples of setting up plans aligning to business objectives and strong pipeline management skills.
Solid business acumen and understanding of IT environments, social selling, and digital marketing. Presales background is a plus.
Quality driven work – backed by experience, credibility and ability to influence sales and business leaders.
Capable of navigating easily within a complex matrix organization.
A strong sense of stakeholder management.
Good presentation and communication skills (briefing to large sales teams)
Advanced program management skills with sense of creativity.
Ability to work under pressure, to deal with ambiguity through a complex and fast-moving digital sales organization
Successful completion of relevant Bachelor degree level in sales or marketing. Master degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and in Korean language.

8-12 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services. Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products. Professional demeanor. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
