Accenture Operations Consulting Deal Execution Manager in Shanghai, China

Responsibilities/Authorities:

Work with existing Accenture account teams to originate, shape and qualify consulting or outsourcing opportunities that are profitable to Accenture and have a compelling value proposition to the client.

· Drive the sales process

  • Originate and close sales to achieve sales and pipeline targets across new and existing channels

  • Understand and leverage Accenture’s sales best practices, tools, processes and reporting

· Grow a profitable sales pipeline and/or backlog

  • Build strong, credible relationships with client executives as well as Accenture colleagues

  • Coordinate the sales team and bring the right talent to sales origination and closing activities, as warranted

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure efficient, effective use of business development resources

  • Understand Accenture assets, offerings and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively.

Must have

· BAT or Unicorn background with at least 5 years working experience and good connections

· Result-driven and positive attitude to be passion to make something new /happen

· Have good communications skills with both internal and external deference levels

· Logical thinking and fast learner

Nice to have

· Sales or solution selling experience

· Good English and presentation skills

· Energetic and social style
