Hilton Receptionist - Operations, Contractor (12 months) in Shanghai, China

Responsible for all Reception Desk administration of 42/F and 46/F Bund Centre and providing support to the Regional team in the running of the day-to-day office operations. Oversee and ensure a smooth workflow in the Regional office.

What will I be doing?

  • Answering and screening income phone calls
  • Receiving and sending of courier pack and parcels
  • Guidance to all visitors to Regional Office
  • Manage and book online meeting rooms
  • Message with Bund Centre Property Office
  • Purchasing of office stationaries and pantry supplies
  • Office monthly payment
  • Office festival decorations
  • Order printing of business cards
  • Other admin workload together with office admin
