Make the key marketing initiatives excellent implementation across PCMO (passenger car motor oil)/CRTO (commercial road transportation oil)through for Region:
Solid understanding of central marketing strategy /national plan and local market needs.
Set smart regional target, clear priority of product/brand or channel initiatives, & execution plan in key marketing initiative;
Clear, timely, accurately translate the national marketing plan into regional sales team, and facilitate the message effectively cascading to target distributors& customer;
Create strong interface between brand team and region sales team through aligned & disciplined planning cycle to deliver aligned BTL trade marketing plans
Proactive collect constructive feedbacks & keep exploring innovative ways from front line to enhance CVP(Customer Value Proposition) competitive edge, beat the target, improve R.O.I, or simplified execution;
Measure and monitor performance, track progress and execution progress and quality /PIR of marketing activities, evaluate local implementation effectiveness and efficiency
Improve merchandising efficiency to visibility, flagship display in target cities; Support regional brand-building to achieve brand KPI via. PCMO/CRTO build brand activities, routing signage support, application & production of BTL materials based on adaptation from central materials / guidelines, and other BTL campaign;
Ensure all local sales staff are properly armed & fully trained with the relevant marketing / sales tools focusing on synthetic, spanco & marketing resource usage to support product/ channel CVPs effective delivery to customers;
Assist pricing implement / management, provide pricing intelligence.
Grasp & maximize regional opportunities leveraging dedicated regional funding, and offer timely, tactical, creative marketing support through regional annual & quarterly marketing planning & drive execution to support phasing target achievement, aligning with national strategy, and focusing on brand-building, gaining new business, up-sell, cross sell & sell more
Manage resources and budgets required for relevant local initiatives and improve ROI;
Capture key competition action in the region and offer high-quality monthly CI/BI report; Support national ad hoc competition analysis including competitors marketing organization, sales policy, marketing activities
Encourage best practice sharing in and between region, focus on synthetic, cross-sell& up-sell, and Spanco customer development
Support Trade Marketing Team Lead to consolidate and integrate trade marketing activity calendar and be responsible for overall trade marketing related budget tracking and optimization
Overall consolidate cross region trade marketing activity calendar for national synergy
Lead to coordinate and track trade marketing related spending in each region and provide insightful learnings how to optimize it continuously in future planning
Be the focal point for best practice sharing from regional successful business initiatives and summarize key and effective learnings to reflect to marketing and sales team
Lead national competitor intelligence tracking in the market through collecting by region information and provide update and feedback to central marketing & sales team for agile and responsive plans to enhance Shell speed to market
Generate implementation insight of CVPs across regions and lead to make continuous improvement on the offers during implementation to achieve effective and higher ROI.
Lead trade marketing initiatives across regions especially in R&D phase like Improving Trade recommendation through effective merchandising, Effective communication and Encouragement on sales team through newsletter sharing, Deep dive of shopper insight and design trade activities to push purchasing behavior, etc.
