Eaton Corporation Lead Designer in Shanghai Shi, China

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Complete design works acc. to PE’s requirement and input in line with Eaton design standards, cost target, customer quality requirement and timing expectations.

  • Compliance with Eaton’s process and requirement.

  • Have reports periodically to update the CR/CO status and Enovia release process.

  • Work with cross-functional team to issue and release IMDS/CAMDS timely.

  • Support his/her manager to achieve goals set, and complete any tasks assigned on time.

  • Take initiative to make improvement and help peers to work more effectively and efficiently.



  • 3-yrs college or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mechatronic engineering, vehicle engineering, material engineering or relevant.

  • 13 years working experience in components development or design, fuel valve or plastic parts design preferred.

  • Experienced in 2D drawing create and 3D model build with CAD and ProE, or relevant design software (Catia, UG). – required

  • Knowledge and experience in GD&T and tolerance/structural analysis. – required

  • FEA structural/CFD analysis experience as a plus

  • Good communication and presentation skill.

  • DFSS Green Belt Certification as a plus.

  • English language skills – both verbal and written
