Eaton Corporation National Channel Manager in Shanghai Shi, China

Identify, develop and manage the national distributor / SI and channel development plan to achieve the flow target.

Coordinate with regional sales team to manage national flow sell-in to achieve PP target by quarter.

A. Work with the distributor to set down the monthly/quarterly/yearly business plan to achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.

B. Manage and improve the distributor daily operation activity to meet the KPI target, include credit, forecast, inventory, sales report etc.. Work with the distributor to set down the reseller development plan and marketing plan, and manage the distributor’s sales team to well execute the plan.

C. Coordinate the cooperation between distributor and resellers to provide the better support and service to regional sales team, include credit, price, inventory, transportation, service etc.

D. Plan and provide the proper support to distributor on credit, price, service etc. Work with the related function team to solve the operation issues.

E. Identify the new potential distributor candidates, and develop the new distributor per the business requirement.

F. Lead FSA/ new channel development program to increase footprint and active resellers for EATON UPS and solution products.

G. Align with product marketing and supporting team to develop segment/SI channel program.

H. Hold the responsibility to enforce the program and leverage internal and external resources by cross-functional communication and cooperation.

I. Cooperate with regional sales team and inside sales team to activate targeted partners.
