This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • 负责推动山特品牌 MOEM(Manufacturing-OEM)在智能制造行业的销售战略的实施,在目标市场中实现既定的销售任务。目标行业:制造业,自助终端,安防,能源制造,医疗,交通,通讯。

  • 负责完成所属地区的销售目标和大客户的业绩目标。发掘大客户的当前和潜在的商业价值。

  • 在智能制造行业里面开拓新客户和新的市场需求,拓展销售网络和客户资源,开发的新业务机会。

  • 在核心客户和代理商之间进行有效的项目管理,向经销商以及最终用户提供销售和产品技术支持。

  • 与产品部门紧密合作,组合市场机会和应用需求来优化产品,在市场上实现新的销售增长。

  • 配合相关职能团队设定区域和细分市场的营销活动,以在目标客户中树立山特品牌形象。



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

  • Above 8 years’ related working experience to deal with segments customers.

  • Experience in key account management concept, process and skills. Intelligent manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Capability of creation on new major accounts and new market demand in new business development.

  • Demonstrates initiative and affinity in successfully driving sales in negotiating and closing deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills required, in addition to the ability to influence others to achieve results.

  • Strong problem solving capabilities.

  • Must be effective working in a matrix organization and coping with numerous tasks and priorities.

  • Mandarin and English language skills desirable
