This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruiting process, including kickoff, posting, sourcing & candidate assessment, client updates, structure interviews and influence offer composition.

  • Establish your position as a trusted advisor to executive level hiring teams, assisting them with defining their hiring needs so we can ensure we reach a diverse slate of talent.

  • Provide ongoing communication on recruitment activity, information on market trends, advising best hiring practices and insights on key metrics.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.

  • Build an executive talent pool for current and projected high priority openings.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Chinese, verbal and written.

  • Total at least 8 years of working experience, within at least 3 years of solid experience in senior level recruiting within an MNC, or a search firm serving MNCs.

  • Experience in conducting searches using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, social networking, internet tools, search firms and other creative search approach, as well as all Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Self-motivated and result oriented. Proactive problem solver and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

  • The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required.

  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
