Position: Senior HR Associate, HR Solutions Centre, Asia Pacific

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

● Serves as Team Lead to the HR Administration function. Prioritizes and assigns incoming inquiries to HR Specialists I, based on area of focus and bandwidth. Responds to escalated inquiries via phone, e-mail, or case management system. (30%)

● Support the administration of sensitive HR processes, including creating documents for sensitive employee severance actions, based on outlined policies/guidelines. (20%)

● Ensure processes and procedures are documented in standard process flow and standard operating procedure (SOP). Routinely reviews for updates. (15%)

● Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems. (15%)

● Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team. (10%)

● Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)

● Completes work under moderate supervision

● Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

● Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data

Experience / Education

Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
