Responsibilities He or she is responsible for developing and overseeing all marketing content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive our clients’ objectives, from client/ partner engagement to lead generation. Craft engaging long-form and short-form copy effectively across a vast range of deliverable types (traditional and online) Coordinates the development of competitive value propositions, client-centric messaging and points of view. Implement the creation of influencer marketing strategies and identify opportunities for further amplification of content created. Working with the Marketing Manager, co-develop, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, to drive lead generation and business performance. Working with Region marketing managers to plan and adapt for use in the country(ies) assignees Partner with global team members to implement strategy, content creation and publishing processes. Be the champion for trend spotting and social media innovation. Establish a strategy for driving innovation and adoption on emerging content and social platforms and tools across the International region to maximize business impact. Ideal Candidate Min. of 4+ years of corporate writing/editing experience. Previous experience working in the B2B industry in a marketing/content writing role is preferred. An understanding of the management consulting industry, and ideally HR consulting, would be an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or Marketing. Hands-on and demonstrable experience of crafting and leading content, from initial brief through to implementation and iteration. The ideal candidate will also have some digital marketing experience that will help them in marketing the content across multiple channels. Resourceful and analytical to analyze data and information to derive actionable marketing initiatives Experience working in a regional team as part of a global organisation and collaborating across multiple geographies and with key stakeholders. Project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard is essential Has good working knowledge in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, GDN, social media platforms) Has experience in WOM (word-of-mouth) marketing through key opinion leaders Good communication skills to articulate market situation and provide marketing solutions to meet objectives Passionate and entrepreneurial to bring in your own initiatives and improve existing content and processes Proactive self-starter who is comfortable in a fast moving, fluid environment.
