Job Description

The Global Key Accounts (GKA) organization serves our largest, global Lubricants customers across a range of sectors. Addressing our customers’ need for a global supply partner, we aim to excel in key account management and value-led CVPs, delivered globally. The Global Account Manager (GAM) plays a key role in developing Japanese OEM in Asia.


1 At least 10 years of working experience of which minimum 5 years sales experience working with complex accounts selling to senior level buyers

  1. Good negotiations and stakeholder management skills

  2. Strong commercial acumen

  3. Lubricants experience preferred

  4. Technical aptitude and credibility

  5. Project management skills and sales experience

  6. Cross cultural experience

Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviors will be taken into account during the selection process

Language skills: fluency in English and Japanese is required in order to liaise with Japanese speaking only customers
