The Trainer is responsible for the following:
The Trainer will help support our high-tech client’s advertising support team with overall non-product specific training needs such as onboarding, skills, process, etc..
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and delivering training to our team to increase the team's ability to demonstrate the value of the client's advertising solutions.
Create and deliver consumable training that will nurture existing advertising and new product knowledge required for investigation and resolution globally.
Ensure product, tool, and reporting education to improve and optimize the team’s knowledge and work engagement.
Delivering high quality training to the team using a variety of media types, provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders, maintain the highest level of expertise in the area of specialty and interact with subject matter experts in QTP (quality, training, and process) development.
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, course curriculum and instructor readiness, and prepare internal training resources to conduct sessions.
Support the operation needs as instructed in reporting to the GPS Training Lead to ensure training is executed at the highest level, make updates to training agendas and sessions, and create new content as needs arise.
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year of training experience
Active account on Facebook and a minimum of one other social network
Active user of social media services
2-4 years of training experience
Deep understanding of training functions as implemented for operational product support
Comfortable raising critical training issues within internal and external communications.
Strong written communication skills to fill gaps in deficiently documented areas
Familiarity with online advertising products.
Experience in customer service / technical support operations.
Structural design experience with content creation and/or maintenance of documented materials.
Strong listening and presentation skills
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
