In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our business in Singapore, we are looking for PRINCIPAL, TALENT STRATEGY, CAREER & TALENT CONSULTING SERVICES Lead selected practice areas and client engagement projects in the domain of talent management. The solution areas in the domain of talent management include Workforce & HR Transformation, HR Digitalisation, Talent & Organisation, People Performance, People Experience and Workforce Planning & Analytics. Provide thought leadership in selected solution areas by developing points-of-view and opinion papers as well as research efforts relevant to those areas. Develop business strategies, including value differentiators, go-to-market plans and channel management plans for Mercer’s solutions in practice areas relevant to the role. Lead business development efforts, including the generation of leads and interest amongst prospects to procure Mercer’s services in order to advance the commercial results of Mercer’s business. Build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline to fulfil revenue goals of the business. Lead and direct large-scale consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to consulting project teams to deliver the right client impact while balancing Mercer’s commercial interest and the well-being of the consulting teams concerned. Drive a positive, constructive, engaging work and high-performance culture by espousing appropriate behaviors and inspiring others in the team to do likewise. Take ownership in the career development needs and champion the professional development of of more junior consultants in the team.
